The day after the night before, zo duidde onze Jaap vanochtend (vrijdag 9 oktober) de Soul & Jazz Awards van donderdagavond in de Vorstin in Hilversum. Want was het mooi, mede veroorzaakt door de w-a-a-n-z-i-n-n-i-g-e New Cool Collective Big Band, die als een heuse Funk Bothers het Nederlandse talent ondersteunden en vaak ook naar een hoger niveau tilden.
