De 010 Bboyz presenteerden tijdens het North Sea Jazz Festival 2001 tweemaal de dansvoorstelling 'De kunst van het breken'. Aart Helder en Ben Mendes maakten een kleine reportage van de 010 Bboyz en hun energieke show vol dans muziek.

'These breakdancers have been active since the eighties and assert as a leading group within the scene. Last year 010 BBoyz collaborated with the Scapino Ballet in the show 'Twools'. The show, 'De kunst van het breken (The Art of Breaking)' , which will be performed twice at the festival, was developed during a workshop in the Dansateliers in Rotterdam, emphasizing the question of the development of breakdance through the years.'
